CDM & Planning Supervisor

 

We offer Construction Design Management (CDM) for all projects which require this industry requirement under 2007 regulations. From notifying the HSE to compliling the Health and safety file on completion of the project.

A project becomes notifyable if:
• The Work lasts more than 30 working days.
• Or the work involves more than 500 person days
(i.e. 50 people working for more than 10 days.

With its wide experience in the construction industry Mitchinson Macken Health and Safety team can provide you with a CDM Co-ordinator service for a wide range of projects of varying size and complexity.

Structural Surveys / Reports

Plans and Site Surveys

 

We provide a survey service of existing properties or green-field sites and produce scale drawings for you to develop your ideas or submit to County Councils.
