We offer Construction Design Management (CDM) for all projects which require this industry requirement under 2007 regulations. From notifying the HSE to compiling the Health and safety file on completion of the project.

A project becomes notifiable if:
• The Work lasts more than 30 working days.
• Or the work involves more than 500 person days (i.e. 50 people working for more than 10 days).
